8x8 is investigating reports of 8x8 Contact Center Analytics and Supervisor Workspace having issue loading statistics. In some cases the page is frozen instead of loading the details. We are currently investigating and will provide details as they become available. 

Update

Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency. Most platforms in the EMEA region have seen restoration however we are still working to restore access to all platforms. We will continue to provide updates as they become available. 

Resolved

8x8 has resolved the issue impacting the 8x8 Analytics page and also Supervisors Workspace live stats. 8x8 is monitoring and investigating the root cause and we apologize for the inconvenience.
