We have received reports that there are still some issues with various features of Contact Center. This includes, but may not be limited to:

  • Emails not queueing
  • Stuck calls in dashboards or Supervisor Workspace
  • Closed schedules not being honored
  • Engage users unable to change their status or answer calls.
