8x8 has received reports that 8x8 Engage and XF Workspace licences have been removed from users when changes are made to a user profile in the Admin Console. We have also received reports that Engage or XF workspace CC licences cannot be added to new users. If your system is using Engage or XF workspace licences, we recommend refraining from making changes to those users while we investigate this issue.
