Update

8x8 has observed multiple reports of MS Teams endpoints where calls are appearing under chat conversations instead of call logs. We have raised this with our integration partner and investigation shows that this issue is originating from Microsoft's end. 8x8 services are working as normal. We will continue to perform our own investigations and in the interim we recommend that you raise a ticket with Microsoft directly.

This issue has been acknowledged by Microsoft and is being investigated by them under reference number TM1238395. 8x8 services are working as normal. If an estimated time for resolution is required, please contact Microsoft and reference their provided incident number TM1238395. In the meantime we will continue to monitor for resolution from Microsoft.
