8x8 has observed that some select Poly endpoints have not updated to reflect the proper start date of Daylight Savings Time (DST). These endpoints are incorrectly configured to begin observing DST time starting Saturday March 14th, 2026.  To correct this, please contact 8x8 Support and an update can be pushed to your affected endpoints to reflect the correct starting date.

8x8 has been working to update the Daylight Saving Time (DST) configuration for all customers who have reported the issue to 8x8 Support. We expect all remaining Poly endpoints to update to the proper DST time, achieving full resolution by Saturday, March 14th, 2026.
