Investigating

8x8 is investigating reports of logins failing when agents are attempting to login to 8x8 Agent Workspace from an integrated Salesforce integration. Logins directly via 8x8 application panel are not affected and this is only impacting logins authenticated from within a Salesforce integration. We will provide updates as the become available as we work to identify and resolve this issue.  

Monitoring

8x8 has applied mitigation to resolve these failed logins and we have seen successful logins from customers. All logins should now be successful. We are currently monitoring and will post a a final update once fully confirmed.

8x8 has confirmed resolution and we are closing this incident. A full root cause analysis will be performed and we apologize for the interruption.
