8x8 will undergo an update to its knowledge base on August 5th 5:40 PDT, where customers will benefit from a new, updated user interface, including faster and smarter search capabilities. There is no planned impact to availability; however, direct URLs to articles will be changing. If you have bookmarked or relied on static URLs you may not be able to find the article you are looking for. After August 5th, please ensure that any static links are updated to their new versions on the new site. The content is still available on their new links.  We apologize for not being able to keep these older links in place, but we believe this update will provide a better user experience.
