8x8 experienced an issue with meeting where some users were kicked out of the meeting and upon re-joining were missing all participants. 8x8 identified the issue and it is now resolved. All meetings should now be operating normally. If you still believe you are affected please leave the meeting and rejoin to resolve.

8x8 is investigating reports of customers unable to reach 8x8 web services including 8x8 Admin Console portals and joining 8x8 meetings via 8x8 Work applications. We will provide updates as they become available. 

 

8x8 has observed impact with a major cloud service provider that is impacting accessing 8x8 web services. Symptoms are intermittent and we are investigating mitigation. We will continue to provide updates as they become available. 

 

8x8 has implemented mitigation to resolve the connectivity issues. We are investigating how we can better prevent impact impact for such events in the future and we apologize for the inconvenience.

8x8 experienced a brief interruption of meeting service. Some users may of been removed from a meeting or be unable to join new meetings. 8x8 found the root cause and the issue is now resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
